Our lives seem so calm now compared to that very out-of-control time. Chana is 8 months without meds for Crohn's. Please G-d, it should continue. From what was probably about two teaspoons of butter over 2 days. Awful. I don't think I'll be experimenting like that again for a VERY long time. 3 years on SCD!

Crunchy Green Health Nut. This is a blog about my adventures in living crunchy and green. Wednesday, February 28, 2018. These bars are protein energy bars. On the box it says they're "high-dh hydrolysed whey protein in a creme filled wafer bar". Think sugar wafers but without the boatload of sugar. They are generously sized at 1.4 oz per bar and are filling. The peanut butter creme is our favorite. It has 10g carbs and 13g protein. Salted Caramel is our second favorite. It has 9g carbs and 13g protein.
