DELTA is a taxonomic identification and information retrieval system which stores morphological data and illustrations and then, among other things, makes them available in the form of illustrated natural language descriptions and interactive keys, and as output for phylogenetic analyses. A series of workshops is being held to help make DELTA available to a wider group of crustacean taxonomists and to interest these taxonomists in preparing electronic monographs for crustacea.net.
