自1990年代初期HTTP協定發佈以來，短短十餘年間網際網路的發展極為快速，從簡單的文件展示與資料分享到資料傳遞與電子商務， 各項服務不斷推陳出新，令人目不暇給，目前甚受大家倚重與歡迎的電子商務更如雨後春筍般的蓬勃發展， 然而在大量應用不斷朝網際網路推展時，資訊通訊安全的威脅也不斷升高，從初期電腦病毒破壞個人電腦中資料或癱瘓電腦運作， 到現在駭客攻擊可以癱瘓網路或入侵他人電腦竊取資料，種種事件除讓當事人或組織受到難以彌補的損失外， 也使網際網路之發展與應用蒙上一層陰影。 本學程選讀對象為電資學院各系及資訊經營系之大三及大四學生，當然也開放各系所之研究生來選讀， 學生須選修三 四門各三學分之必修課程(資訊安全導論、系統安全、網路安全、電子商務安全、資訊安全管理及資訊倫理與法規) 及兩門合計三學分之產學合作課程(資訊安全實習1學分、實務專題2學分)。

社会システムをモデリングするためには、社会基盤 ハードインフラ だけでなくそこで生きる人々 経済活動や生活 を考慮しなければならない。 人工システムが時としてもたらす、大規模な事故の背景には、多くの小さなミス 不備 インシデント が関わってくる。 このような状況を打破するため、知識の概念構造 オントロジー を用い、インシデントが発生する枠組み 背景などを的確に分析できるシステムの開発を目指している。 高い安全性が求められるあらゆる領域において実効性の高いSafety Management System SMS が要求される。 そのためには、表層的な協調 連携に関する行動 データ分析だけではなく、 その背後にある認知プロセスの分析が不可欠である。 本研究室では、 人がパートナーや他のチームに抱く意識的 無意識的なイメージ 相互信念 を基に人間の協調行動の背後にある認知メカニズムのモデルを開発した。 サービスのクオリティは社会や環境, 提供者, 受け手の認知, 行動特性,それらの関連性など様々な要因に左右される。 現実情況における人間の認知 行動 相互作用 協調メカニズムの解明.
