I suppose there's a possibility that I'm being melodramatic and that things aren't as bad as they might seem, but when one finds oneself randomly, and unprovoked, bursting into uncontrollable sobs on a busy tube platform, usually that right there is a sign that all is not as it should be! Amb aquesta recepta participo en la proposta de setembre del blog Memòries d'una cuinera. 1 pollastre de pagès. 3 gots d’oli d’oliva verge. 1 got de vinagre de sidra. 4 dents d’all. Unes fulles de llorer. Unes branques de timó. Uns grans de pebre (opcional). Salem el pollastre i el posem en una olla. Afegim els dents d’all sencers sense pelar fent-los un tall transversal.
