Heather's Burnt Toast Blog. A Registered Dietitian's experiences with tasting life. Golden Chicken and Autumn Vegetables. I actually got this off the back of a can of chicken broth. It’s colorful and dresses up boring chicken breast. 1 tbs vegetable oil. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves. 1 cup lower sodium chicken broth. 1 tbs minced garlic. 1/2 tsp dried rosemary. 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves. 2 large sweet potatoes cut into 1/2 inch pieces ( I just leave the skin on).
