The Story of Us . and The Journey of Our Little Miracle. Tuesday, November 12, 2013. Jaelyn is still recovering well. Her incisions all look great and are healing nicely. She definitely does not overly enjoy wearing her braces, but I don't blame her. She was finally able to have a bath over the weekend, but didn't really enjoy that either. We have been closely monitoring an abnormal lab level, but it is really starting to trend down. YAY! Because she SO is! I hope the trend continues. Plans for Phase Two...

She had a couple BMs through the night, so I think it's safe to say things are moving along again. GI stopped by this morning and feeds have been restarted at 1/2 strength, 10cc/hr. We will increase every two hrs if all continues to go well. Keep your fingers crossed! If everything goes well today we should be able to head home soon. :). 3415 (2) Afternoon Update.

Shes still pretty heavily medicated, but I'm so glad her pain is being managed. Shes still on a little O2, but they will probably try to wean her from that again at some point today. A little family vacay to TN to meet her newest cousin. Driving around her adapted Power Wheels Mini Cooper (thanks Daddy and UD Go Baby Go! And beginning Speech and OT again.
