Abandon stress and strain. Time with a curry comb. Time to saddle up and go. Go up on the rocky ridge. Go watch hawks soar. Soar on warm updrafts. Soar on wide wings. Wings that span the sky. Wings broad and strong. Love wild and wise. Love shining in a shaft of sunlight. Sunlight washing away worry. Sunlight glowing in my eyes.

The wrangler grinned up at her. Through tobacco stained teeth,. And hitched his dusty jeans. The fearful five year old pranced. On his long legs,. As she smiled in return. The appaloosa was unnerved,. Surrounded by a herd. Of unfamiliar chestnuts, greys and bays;. They were low to the ground,. Arched his back,.

Creative TMI: November 2013
http://tmi-chef.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 21, 2013. RIP Vilas Pagan-Afanador aka Author Smyte 9. The last time I saw him at a reading I didn't know who he was. He grabbed my arm, I looked down and saw this shallow face telling me hello. Then when they called his name I was shocked to see it was him. He had posted the cancer was beaten several times, so to find he was so ill, well, now I wish I could hug him so tight. Goodbye friend. xoxo. Links to this post. Labels: Author Smyte 9. My only option due to reflu...I had...

A journal of short poetry. October 30, 2012. Be it in relationships or the culture we inherit, there may appear some objectionable behaviors for which we do not want to take the blame, but simply point at those fools and phonies that try to forcefully shape our lives to their advantage. And what they do in reaction? They shamelessly object to our maddened eyes. Or simply retort, 'Then why fall victim to? One poem by Neil Ellman. The Meaning of Blue. What if a blue whale. Were not really blue. Neil Ellman...
