I’m not hearing back from any of the jobs I’ve applied for and my anxiety has been pretty bad over the last few days so here’s a list of good things/things that make me happy. 1) I don’t feel any grudges against people who have hurt me over the years. 2) I finished 3 books in 3 days. 3) my friends are being so kind to me lately. 4) my family are perfection in my eyes.

I have a job now, as of Monday I’ll be working in an office! Full time, 40 hours a week so I’m pretty chuffed with that! The only downside is that I can’t do my CBT anymore. I am absolutely devastated. I’m still not eating anything and it’s not getting any better so I have a long journey ahead of me. It only takes one wash as well!
