Sat, Apr. 11th, 2009, 12:45 am. In case you haven't noticed. The streets in downtown SF which are normally Tow-Away zones from 3pm-6pm are now 3pm-7pm. This pisses me off for two reasons:. 1 The local businesses have their weeknight business cut by one hour. Sure, you can pay to park, but who really wants to do that when you used to be able to squat a parking spot at 5:55pm. I am inclined to go home. Law I fucking see it everywhere. Thu, Sep. 17th, 2009, 10:17 pm. This is me fighting the universe. Something bit me on my hands and elbow last night. I woke up with my hands extremely itchy. I think it was a spider as the bites were gone by this afternoon. I also woke up with a headache and could not fall asleep because Xero was meowing constantly. I need to sedate him at night or something. My car is making a squeaky engine noise when I start it. Hopefully its the cheap belt making that noise and not the expensive one. Is any breakage ...

I recently got new hearing aids, with a different battery size than I've used before - which means I've got a whole lot (49, to be precise) of size 13 hearing aid batteries sitting around being useless to me. Question for the group.Do you refer to yourself as HoH or partially deaf when explaining your hearing loss to other people and why? What do you think of yourself as? In my mind Im partially deaf, but Ive always called myself HoH. Do you think it would get things across clearer if I start to refer to myself as partially deaf? I sent back my hearing aid (through my audi) because it had a short and was going in and out. They sent it back, still broken. And then hours after i got it back, it went from going in and out, to being totally 100% broken. They keep sending it back still broken! Then they finally fix it, and it breaks again.
