We do currently offer 3 pricing plans. The "Private Commerce" and "Business Commerce" plan is for customers that are using our fully featured e-commerce solution and use us as their reseller. To qualify for a "Business Commerce" requires you to fax in proof of your company incorporation status and is limited to certain countries only. 10 USD (Waived if you have an E2Host account). All support for existing customers is handled through our Customer Portal. When you placed your order you will have been given an username and login password to get access to this portal.
