I use PowerPoint to create JPEGs , with these I use photo story to create almost all of my presentations (using screen shots) and convert my notes from training / workshops into movie files via photo story. I have a visual presentation with both audio and video in my own words with my own voice to reteach and remind me what was taught and what I need to do to remember what I was taught.
