香港青年協會近日剛完成 香港中學生網上欺凌研究 ，訪問了近3,000名中學生，當中逾三成學生過去一年曾受到網上欺凌，逾兩成更曾是欺凌者。 攻擊者往往理直氣壯，不認為自己正在欺凌別人，只覺得大快人心 而旁觀者 俗稱 花生友 則覺得事不關己。 事發時， A發給B，C發給D，B和D再轉發給更多人， 花生友 再推波助瀾。 一聲 起底 ，個人私隱暴露網上 一聲 推 ，兩三天內，群組過萬人加入，一條短片少則數以萬計人次觀看，群起攻之。 事端再被搬至報章，火上再加油，更多人變成花生友 這 小事 ，很快便造成巨大傷害。

Welcome to the NetSafe: First Steps to Cybersafety Introductory Course. By now you should have recieved from us a confirmation of your training course attendance, along with a few other details. If you haven't yet recieved this confirmation, you should contact NetSafe as soon as practicable on 0508 NETSAFE, or at queries@netsafe.org.nz.
