Cycle 4 Kelda - Our JOGLE Adventure. 8th - 16th August 2011. We arrived in Land's End at 13:52 on the 16th after 8 days 4 hours and 7 minutes having cycled 901.1 miles. We have so far raised over £2,400 for Sue Ryder. This ride has been a real challenge and I'm sure we'll be recovering for a while yet, but there were a few people along the way who made the whole expedition that much better. Cycle 4 Kelda - Our JOGLE Adventure. This ride was unsupported, so we had to carry all of our equipment with us. Not wanting to make this ride too difficult, we took with us the bare essentials. Below is a list of what we had. Bike - Giant TCR Composite 2 incl. Continental Grand Prix 4 Season tyres. Cycling glasses (with interchangeable lenses). Topeak Bike Tool Kit. 1x spare inner tube. 6x spare spokes (taped to the frame). Cable and secure lock. Front and rear lights (Knog). 1 pair of Assos bib shorts.
