Thirty-five athletes attended the third and final XCNL open dryland camp of the season, along with XCNL provincial team coaches, club coaches and parent volunteers. They hailed from Lab West, Forteau, St. Anthony, the Staights, Rocky Harbour, Corner Brook, Stephenville and St. John's. Athletes are now looking forward to getting on snow and the winter season. North Rim Traverse Long Range Traverse, Gros Morne National Park. July 27, 2015. August 4, 2015. August 2nd, 2015. I completed the North Rim (3 day hike), and Long Range Traverse (3-4 day hike) located in Gros Morne National Park, in a single day. It’s hard not to say, I could do it faster…. I spent roughly 35 minutes filling my water pack – 7 times, 5 minutes per time – which was getting to me by the end (not an optimal setup! In Corner Brook, a great supporter of mine, and of course, my loving wife!
