Sunday, March 2, 2014. The views around Seattle included the pier, Pike Place, EMP, etc. It was early, cold, and beautiful! We were able to see the sun rise as we waited. The race divided runners into their pre-determined mile paces (I was placed into the C choral, since I average around 10 to 11 minutes per mile). It made for an easy and not crowded start, despite the amount of people there. I would highly recommend this 5k, it was worth the higher price! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

It was called, "Goin' on a Bear Hunt! You have to say it with a thick, southern drawl). The rhyme would have all kinds of arm motions and, of course, we would add scary facial expressions and fluctuations in our voice to make this even MORE of an interesting journey to find.
