For Those Needing More Andi in Their Daily Diet. Aug 3rd, 2011. I realized I haven't said much of anything about my health since I started the no carb thing. No carbs, no sugars, no salt. Meat and veg. WELL, LEMME TELL YA. HbA1C . over 7% is considered not awesome. I was at 10.1%, now at 5.8%. Blood sugar levels were at 221, now 87. In Which I Pontificate. An experience this weekend reminded me of something I wanted to share with y'all. I guess my bottom line here is, it's easy to throw your friend a bone- you know hir strengths and weaknesses, and se knows the rules to the 'Make Pol Cry' game- but if you want to grow the community, first impressions are the best way to do that.
