D-1 Training Camps consists of Functional Training, Strength Training, Cardio Training, and Agility Training. This type of training is designed to help you GET RESULTS FAST. These camps are for all ages and fitness levels. Just starting out or fitness fanatic.this 1 hour fun packed session will challenge you and keep you wanting more. D1TC is a 4 week commitment with sessions Monday-Friday and occasionally Saturday. All sessions are voluntary. However, the more you train the better your results!
