Aloo -Gajar-Matar ki Subzi. One of our favorite side dish is Aloo. And you are ready to beat the heat :-). Potato – 2 medium sized, chopped into squares. Carrot – 1 big or 2 medium sized, chopped into half circles or cubes. Peas – ½ cup. Ginger – 1.5 inch piece, chopped finely. Oil – 2 tb. Salt- as per taste.
