Leaving it all behind. Tuesday, January 23, 2007. The winter storm that came across the mid west last week left us out of commission for a whole week! We lost power for about a day and a half, the kids were off school for an entire week. No cable or internet! We felt a bit out of the loop. Leaving it all behind. Monday, June 12, 2006. We Begin Our Journey. Well we are not sure. definetly world missions. Not sure what country. The problem is it all sounds good. There are so many places that are in need of what Jesus gives. We are taking a trip to Kenya at the end of this month and ask that God would burden our hearts for a people. I just developed my rolls of film from my camera and when I got them back I was surprised to find some old pictures. Here's a picture of Jackie and the Northern Lights when they were up north touring. We went to go see them at this church. On Saturday, we were at our house when my dad was taking his medication and his insulin shot. My nephew was asking my dad a whole bunch of questions about his meds and shot. Joy to the World! Sunday, December 11, 2005. Melissa and I met about 15 years ago (WOW, don't I feel old)! We became great friends very quickly! Melissa was the first friend who's house I spent the night at. We spent every single day together one summer. We wanted to be sisters, so we somehow got our fingers to bleed so that we could be blood sisters. HAHA! Melissa recently got engaged to Vince (who I work with at Jackson-Dawson and whom I totally approve of) and they are getting married on April 8th!
