July 4, 2015. July 4, 2015. I just spent a great week at the beach with my family. I didn’t blog because I didn’t take my computer and I just wanted to enjoy my time with my family. June 5, 2015. When I told my husband about this journey, he looked at me like, “yeah right.” He did this with just cause. I have never followed through fully with any diet plan I laid out. He doesn’t eat healthy and isn’t very physically active. So, it’s quite easy to fall into his bad habits with him. Breaking bad habits is hard, very hard to do.
