Aber noch nie war er mir so bewusst und so klar verständlich wie heute. Klingt eigentlich ganz logisch, ist vielleicht nicht für jeden immer so einfach. Sich selbst eingestehen, dass man möglicherweise dem eigenen Körper, dem eigenen Selbst zu wenig vertraut, wenn man ständig Angst hat krank zu werden? Hat vieles einfach mit dem Vertrauen in sich Selbst zu tun?
