Work of art or artists i find interesting. also, other things. Saturday, March 25, 2006. Learning by osmosis, or, how the internet taught me to love. I'm back in action after a semi-long hiatus from having internet beaming into my apartment. i'm pretty glad that's over. the SAIC block-party/dance-party/Spring Break 2006 party at our place last night went well. we couldn't get the boys out of the kitchen and us girls had a spitting contest out the window. it was crazy. Adventures in Latex - A Public Art Journal: Day 4 in NYC
http://latexadventures.blogspot.com/2007/07/day-4-in-nyc.html
Adventures in Latex - A Public Art Journal. Thursday, July 12, 2007. Day 4 in NYC. Wow This place is amazing. I don't know where to begin. I guess.Monday. I arrived around 11:30am after getting up at 4:15am central time to catch my plane in Austin. JetBlue was a great airline for this trip. It's only 3 - 3.5 hours, which makes it super easy to come back. (And I'm already planning on it.) JFK is not a cute airport. So that was just the food. I saw so much that day and walked off all of that food, too!

Work of art or artists i find interesting. also, other things. Sunday, July 30, 2006. Last week, Champ. And I went to Tennessee on a little road-trip/home-coming. This is Kentucky. It's pretty. There were many deer. We barbecued unsupervised (first time for me), and this was the result. Delicious, nonetheless. We also fed some giant fish. Then I took some close-ups with my newfound Macro function. And there were some onions. Posted by zippahzip at 3:07 PM. Posted by zippahzip at 3:05 PM.

Adventures in Latex - A Public Art Journal: June 2007
http://latexadventures.blogspot.com/2007_06_01_archive.html
Adventures in Latex - A Public Art Journal. Thursday, June 14, 2007. Last Week in NOLA. I'm back in SA. The last week in New Orleans was a blur. We worked very hard to get a lot accomplished in a short time. I did manage to find time to explore more of the city. Oh, and I went to the church festival on Sunday, June 3rd. They were celebrating Father Jerome's 50 years of service. He's vegan, too! It was a great event - puro New Orleans. The shore along Lake Ponchartrain is so fertile and black. It rained h...

Adventures in Latex - A Public Art Journal. Thursday, July 26, 2007. Two More Production Days. It's been one week since we started working at the Sculpture park. It rained pretty much all day, for two days. It felt just like New Orleans.except the temperature dropped to 60 degrees. I was unprepaired so I was cold. We went to Takashi's studio earlier this week and made room for some production there - just in case it started raining again. You can smell the bread from the bakery downstairs, too. 1 Visited...
