I really wanted to come up with something fun to get ready for the holidays, so I thought I would do a 12 Days of Christmas and show you some sort of craft, food item, or project you can do in 1 day. This is the Cat Apron! I made this for my youngest. She LOVES kitty cats. This apron took me a total of an afternoon to make. The face is appliqued and the whiskers and mouth are hand stitched. I showed my Mom and Gramma (both quilters) and they said "Oh, Dana, you can do that without help! So it was decided. I bought it! I am having so much fun doing it. A little bit about me: I've been married to my best friend and we have three amazing children; one boy who is autistic and LOVES to do anything with his hands and two girls that are learning and becoming domestic divas. The only different between them are the center panels. I fell in love with this fabric when I went to pick out some fat quarters for another project. It just screamed to me and I loved the demo dress they had at the store already made. Emily loves her dress. a lot! She tries to wear it to bed. Jill really loves her new dress, too.
