Dan and Marys Excellent Adventures. Wednesday, February 29, 2012. We drove over to Wutapki National Monument. The drive was really pretty and you go down quite a bit in elevation so it was a little warmer here. Then we drove back to Sunset Crater Volcano and took a little walk/hike through an area where there was lava flow. It was really cold here and in parts of it there was some very icy snow. As you can tell we tried to keep Dylan warm but I think he still got a little cold. View my complete profile.

We sure had a good time. Dan and I recently bought our very own snowboards. We are getting pretty good at the whole snowboard thing. Too bad the season is already over and we have to wait until next year to do it again. These are two of my most favorite pictures of Trentten on the trip:. Of course we had great food as well!

Dan and Marys Excellent Adventures. Thursday, September 3, 2009. August 2009 - Camping at Blue Ridge Reservoir. Dan and I. . . Along with Danny, Anna, Daniella, and Kendell. . . Thought it would be fun to take a little adventure to the outdoors. Sara and Lowell and their kids couldn't make it this time but I hear they are planning on going soon :). We drove up to Blue Ridge Reservoir on Friday night and just stayed one night. It was short but it was pretty fun. In fact I think we ALL enjoyed it too!

First, a cute picture of the little kids at Christmas. Grandma gave Nadia and Avy the same dress and they had fun being twins! We had a nice time with Dave and Sandy and their kids. Also, Nadia lost her first tooth! It was hanging there for several days until finally it just fell out on its own. You can see the other tooth underneath if you look closely.
