Shocking: teenagers paving roads by hand. Cooking' the tar and pitch on giant cookie-trays - all day long exposed to the stinging smoke. What do his lungs look like, I wonder, given the color of his skin (no, they are not that dark without the layer of tar). This is why "RELIEF" is one of the aspects of the project among the Nepalese slave-workers in Ladakh.
