Wednesday, November 3, 2010. Alissa has started day care which we call "school". She's in the pre-school room and doing quite well. It's been three days and quite an adjustment. Here's some photos of her first few days. Picking a day care was a chore. We visited four. The one we chose.each day she's there- my heart is filled with confirmation we chose the right one. Tuesday, December 28, 2010. Time is Passing Too Quickly. Time just keeps flying by! Here we are at the end of 2010 and I have no idea where this year went. Alissa is super big. My bunny Zoey is fantastic. She makes me happy in a way that I really need. Sometimes living in Nepal and being surrounded by people that only want, want, want, it gets really hard. June 30, 2008. Monday, April 5, 2010. Tate had a fun filled Easter. On Saturday, we had a neighborhood Easter egg hunt on the lawn of the Longview Mansion. Tate was running and squealing. June 30, 2008. Tuesday, November 10, 2009. Nov 8, 2009 -. Yet another nice weekend, so we snapped some outdoor photos of Tate playing in the woods and at the elementary plaground by our house. He absolutely loves to be outside. Guess this winter we will be bundling him up and heading outdoors regardless of how Mom feels about the cold. FYI, Mom would love to move south. That girl and island boy. Random thoughts from my random brain. Saturday, July 12, 2008. My friend Jo has a children's home here in Kathmandu. She came over this afternoon with almost all of her kids- 20 of them! Thankfully we have a HUGE house and a HUGE yard! She has almost no water at her house and lots of the kids needed to bathe. Thankfully it was kinda raining and we had LOTS of rain water! Which is like what we would say for "BRRRR! She took the rest home to give them for breakfast. ha ha!

June 30, 2008. Saturday, January 30, 2010. Our Little 'Soccer Tot'. Tate has been going to Soccer Tots one day a week for about 3 weeks now. He has the best time. All he wants to do is dribble the ball up and down the field so we spend the whole time flailing our arms and squealing to get him involved in what the 2yr olds are doing.
