Saturday, April 16, 2016. As usual, better late than never. It's been 3 months now that we've had a 4 year old in the house and boy is it an adventure! Blake is a fun loving, adventurous, stubborn, and particular little boy and we couldn't love him more! He now loves to play with his monster trucks and even pulls some of his farm wagons, trailers, and balers with his trucks. I guess that's what all the hip farmers are doing these days :). Happy 4th Birthday Blake! Some new farm toys, books, and tools.

Monday, December 29, 2014. I just love this time of year! Celebrating the birth of our Savior, getting together with family and friends, giving of gifts to loved ones, and the food! We had a great week celebrating and it's a joy to see the excitement the kids have for the season. Here's a recap with lots of pictures. Christmas Eve the kids opened a box with new pjs, a movie, and some snacks. We enjoyed a quiet night at home and now Blake's new favorite movie is Charlotte's Web. All the little grand kids!

Just so you can get an idea of the vast differences between what I have now vs what I will have starting in July. I cannot stress this enough. 2 3100 sq ft. We currently have 1200. 3 3 bedrooms with possibilities in the basement. We currently have 2.5. 4 Master bath. No more stairs in the middle of the night. 5 Built in 1975, not 1910. 7 Creek running behind the yard. 14 Laundry off the kitchen.

Friday, October 18, 2013. Family Vacation - St. Louis. Over our anniversary weekend we took a family vacation to St. Louis. My aunt and uncle live there and have a great pool in their backyard! We decided to visit a few places and just hang out! It was nice and relaxing, just what we needed! We went to the St. Louis Children's Museum. Addie had a blast with several of the activities there! Lainey had a blast people watching! Maybe someday Addie will work at an ice cream stand. Or at the grocery store.
