Tuesday, September 27, 2005. Err Mid Autumn is kinda over.but nice try. I havent even get near you as i didnt even take the first step in making. Not bad is not what i'm looking for. Hm you've got to try it to know it :D. It actually taste very much like neung koh (soft kueh), a soft white chinese kueh that looks like swiss roll, if you know what I mean. Monday, October 31, 2005. 1 cup (250 mL) butter, softened. 1 cup (250 mL) icing sugar. 1 tsp (5 mL) almond extract. 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla. 2-3/4 cups (675 mL) all-purpose flour. 1 tsp (5 mL) baking powder. 1 tsp (5 mL) salt. 3/4 cup (175 mL) whole blanched almonds. 1 tube (19 g) red decorator gel (blood for fingers). It is a fairly easy recipe, but a little caution to those who want to try: BE PATIENT! 180 gm marie biscuits. 80 gm melted butter. 1 Line the base of a 8-inch springform tin with cling wrap for easy removal. 1 Crush biscuits (by hand in a plastic bag, or use your food processor! Made these with and for my daughter, who has been feeling bored in her daily routine of watching TV, playing, reading, colouring, drawing, colouring etc. Had some time to spare and these cookies doesn't require much ingredients, so tried out this really simple recipe. She pressed the cookie dough, while I think of the colours and designs to 'paint'. After baking the cookies, gotta think of some really colourful ideas to 'paint' them, and tadaa!

Untuk produksi cream puff saya, takaran bahannya memang sudah distandarisasi untuk menghasilkan cream puff dengan jumlah tertentu sesuai orderan, jadi jarang ada kelebihan adonan, dan kalau pun ada paling cuma lebih 2-3 kulit sus aja, jumlah yang nanggung untuk dibuatkan fillingnya.
