Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Grace Cathedral in SF. I am no Yogi {I can barely touch the toes}, but I wanted to share with you some lessons learned from yesterday's yoga session at - Grace Cathedral. The theme last night was all around the topic of " suffering,". And in lieu of the theme, our instructor, Darren Main. Took several quotes from my favorite author, Paulo Coelho. We met more then twenty years ago in Stockholm and they joined my yoga classes. Both of them are since many years yoga instructors from Kripalu Center and lead there own yoga classes. You don´t need so much space and you can do it without your yoga mat. Start in The Mountain. And ground your self. Use your breath to relax into your stretches.
