A homage to the "hpfriends" malware sharing framework. This video is a stylized animation demonstrating the prevalence of Internet malware. Branches in these "malware blooms" occur per country and city and IP address. As new branches occur and old ones recede, the bloom rearanges itself - resulting in some spectular events. The data is real and collected from specialized malware sensors which share the data via hpfriends sharing framework. Still shots of the video are shown below:.
