A little while ago, I placed an order with Impact Miniatures and, on a whim, added their Thunderbowl Armored Elf. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). 2014 Black Hole Brawl Report. http://lourollinsminis.blogspot.com/2014/03/x-wing-repaint.html
A place for me to share my miniature painting with you. rediscover your inner-geek! Thursday, March 27, 2014. Recently, I was fortunate enough to play a game of X-Wing. In preparation for said game, I new that the participants would be bringing their "prepainted" minis. so I took a stab at painting up an X-wing for Gavin Darklighter. This first pic is of the pre-paint X-wing (on the left) with the regular 'out-of-the-box' model on the right:. Miss the old X-Wing run on the Deathstar? This might not be ho...

Lou Rollins Miniatures: Deep-striking Drop Pod... Damaging!

A place for me to share my miniature painting with you. rediscover your inner-geek! Monday, June 16, 2014. Deep-striking Drop Pod. Damaging! No question that the "fluff" behind Space Marines can make them especially devastating when it comes to the drop pod action! With virtually every walking thing (including dreadnaughts) having access to drop pods, it is almost too hard to resist at times, putting one's whole army in drop pods, and raining down on an unmitigating foe! Click on any pic to enlarge).

Lou Rollins Miniatures: January 2014
http://lourollinsminis.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
A place for me to share my miniature painting with you. rediscover your inner-geek! Thursday, January 30, 2014. I remember when I first saw the Grey Knights in Second Edition Warhammer 40K and immediately fell in love with the lore/story/fluff that they brought to the game! So I started tracking down the original grey knight minis (that were not that great back then) and painted them up with a white and red paint scheme reflective of what I thought a warrior backing the inquisition should be. Truthfully,...
