Out of the starter blocks. Onwards and upwards with the side extension roof and rebuild of the 2nd floor. Key month which saw the roof steels manufactured and set in place. Massive month which saw the roof become watertight and much of the scaffolding removed. Down with the remaining scaffolding allowing the external works to move forward again. Four flats finished, another very close with the final three hot on their trail. Five flats finished along with all the plastering plus most of the external work.
