I had some apples that were about to go bad so I decided to try to make apple jam with cinnamon to put into the porridge. Porridge is a popular breakfast here, but gets quite boring if it isn’t dressed up regularly with something nice and/or sweet such as berries, coconut flakes, raisins, jam. Have 250 g of apples.
