We spend some quality time on dirt. The firm snow allowed skinning straight up. Box Elder looming in the background. It a big, open bowl with great views. The fnal push to the ridge. Jason enjoying lunch, twitter and the views. Lots and lots of turns to be had on the way down. Not a bad way to spend a Saturday morning.

It was all I'd hoped for and I'm hooked. We sent some quality time in Bear Trap in BCC. We found some nice, creamy snow on some fun, low angle slopes. Can't wait to get back at it. Friday, April 29, 2011. I learned a few things Thursday night at the Simply Mac group ride. First- When 4 or 5 guys from another bike shop show up to ride IT"S ON. Second- One sandwich for Lunch is not enough 6 hours later. Third- I can't ride at 35 mph. Fourth- I don't ride hard enough during the week to keep up when it's all out right from the start.
