The allergist told me I should move to Denver. It's been a day . and a half? It's been a busy week. It's been a weekend. It's been a long week. It was a week. It was a miserable weekend. Josie is back from the vet. Remember that cough that's been hanging on forever? I know some people on my friends-list will appreciate this. It's been a couple of weeks. It's National Cancer Survivors Day. Can I be better now? What's your favorite skin cream? Viewing 0 - 20. The allergist told me I should move to Denver.

Appearances can be deceiving (I) - Sing a Song of Sixpence

Appearances can be deceiving (I) - Sing a Song of Sixpence. Pocket full of rye. 12:56 pm August 21st, 2008. Appearances can be deceiving (I). Remember: all patients and staff are compilations. Behind a cut as usual for length and grossness. Broken into two parts because LJ doesn't like the length of my posts. You can see why I like him. Why does this keep happening to me, doc? I know Mr. Agresti, the alcoholic, well. He knows me. We chat about his bum back and his ungrateful children, he tell...When I ge...

Cleaning house - Autopope! May 27th, 2008. Over on my Real blog. I have decided, in the interests of running a civilized web salon, to Clean House. For too long, my blog's had a slight surfeit of right-wing trolls, and I'm not happy about this. So I'm working out a moderation policy . So far, the rules of thumb I'm looking at are:. I, Charlie Stross, pay for this server out of my own pocket. I don't accept advertising from third parties - insofar as there is any advertising content. And my writing.).

May 5th, 2009. This is a posting to my Dreamwidth account, crossposted to autopope on Livejournal. And this line is an edit to the DW posting, to see if it propagates correctly to LJ. May 5th, 2009 02:30 pm (UTC). Me = LJ only. May 5th, 2009 02:34 pm (UTC). And now I know that comments on LJ don't back-propagate to DW. Useful! May 5th, 2009 02:35 pm (UTC). Supposed to be sorted soon IIRC. Edited at 2009-05-05 02:36 pm (UTC). May 5th, 2009 03:27 pm (UTC). It looked fully costed and planned to me. This is ...

2nd Clean Up date - JR-FGH Resource Community
http://jr-fgh.livejournal.com/4002.html
2nd Clean Up date. June 30th, 2011. Greg Cotton and I have determined that Sunday July 10, 2011 at 11am will be the 2nd clean-up date. Thanks is advance to everyone that is helping out so much! 2011-07-01 11:35 am (UTC). I thought that last I talked to him, something had come up for that day. The 10th is OK for me, though. 2011-07-01 02:02 pm (UTC). 10th would be okay for me. But I'm mostly pretty easy to schedule, anyway (except these last two weeks). 2011-07-01 03:12 pm (UTC). 2011-07-04 08:09 pm (UTC).

Mawwiage, part deux - Patti
http://whipartist.livejournal.com/823077.html
Mawwiage, part deux - Patti. July 6th, 2013. Mawwiage, part deux. A few weeks ago I wrote about an impending marriage and how I accidentally caused it. While I was thinking about that particular bit of history I came across:. This article from the bride. This response from the groom. Not only did I laugh so hard that I snorted water up my nose, but I'm reminded once again that they are absolutely perfect for each other. Just being around the two of them makes me insanely happy. A Family Reunion - Not A Blog
http://grrm.livejournal.com/436112.html
Jul 23rd, 2015 at 11:49 PM. We are now less than a month away from worldcon. On Tuesday, August 18, Parris and I and some friends will be boarding a jet plane for Spokane, returning the following Tuesday. With the convention - and the Hugo awards - looming ever closer, I have been giving a lot of thought to what this worldcon might be like. The approach of Sasquan has got me thinking about worldcons (and awards ceremonies) past, so I thought I'd share a few pictures from my own family albums. Here's me w...

According to Fox News, Web developers have tried to compensate for this problem by creating IPv6 - a system that recognizes six-digit IP addresses rather than four-digit ones. 2011-01-27 03:31 pm (UTC). Everyone knows that IPv4 stands for four-BIT IP addresses, and the more modern IPv6 standard extends this to six bits. 2011-01-27 04:32 pm (UTC). They're just catching up to the ARPANET.
