Pour 6 à 8 personnes. 15 g de beurre. 1 rôti de porc d'un kilo. 50 cl de cidre brut. 189; camembert au lait cru. 1 Pelez et coupez l’oignon en quartiers. Faites-les dorer dans un faitout ou une cocotte avec le beurre. 2 Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Déposez le rôti et faites-le dorer sur toutes ses faces. 3 Déglacez avec le cidre et retirez du feu. 5 A la fin de la cuisson, récupérez 10 cl de jus. 7 Servez le rôti avec la sauce sans attendre.
