Skip to Main Content. United States of America. Running in a very mountainous Zermatt Marathon. That’s nearly 2000 meters to climb. The challenge was on. I completed the 45.5km course (just over 28 miles) in a time of 07-20-09 and finished 400th out 460 in the men’s category. With 143 woman taking part in the Ultra distance, there were 603 runners in total. Out of the Great Britain runners I finished 8th male out of 9 and overall 9th out of 12 British runners who completed the course. July 10, 2016.
