12300;雙叟咖啡館」的不愉快經驗 . 65292;但我和老爺兩人硬是不畏寒風的到處亂跑，拍了整整 9G 的照片回來 (有有有，在準備寫遊記了)。 巴黎十天之行裡沒有碰到任何治安不好的實例 (可能是因為我們穿得比當地人還要灰暗黑沉，一付"離我遠點"的架勢 .)，也沒有碰到所謂驕傲不友善的法國人。唯一一個非常不愉快的經驗就是在舉世聞名的「雙叟咖啡館」發生的！ 話說那天我和老爺途經「雙叟咖啡館」，想說如果有座位就進去歇歇腳喝個午茶好了。一探頭看到. 店內空位不少，我們也就樂得坐下來休息一下。服務生忙來忙去 (但其實沒多少客人)，服務態度不殷勤但也可以接受。令我冒火的案發現場是在地下樓的洗手間。 休息夠了，想說去個洗手間再上路。在洗手間入口有個年輕女侍在整理洗手檯，看到我進來嘴裡咕嚕咕嚕地說了些法文。我也不以為意，逕行進入使用。 要離開洗手間時卻被女侍攔下，以不太友善的態度指指面前小桌上立牌，用英語說：「you have. 自從我一不小心把去年夏天在溫哥華拍的所有照片都洗掉之後 (這裡有個「任何備份硬碟在格式化之前一定要重新檢查過裡面的檔案」之血淚啟示)，這次老爺和我的春節巴黎遊又發生了「相機記憶卡回台灣後水土不服整張 load 不出來」的殘酷考驗 (還好我在巴黎時每天都有把照片備份到筆電裡)。於是，我對相機記憶卡、照片存檔、行動硬碟備份以及自己的腦袋這些東西已經完全失去信任，但為了環保又不想燒太多光碟片 . 這種狀況下，能讓我在旅遊時將照片「隨拍隨存」的，就只有網路相簿這玩意了 (當然前提是旅遊地點要有網路能用)。 Pro 很能滿足我的需求。上手容易，介面也簡單，為了上載更方便而收取的年費也不是太貴，唯一小缺點就是它屬於 Yahoo 系統，和我這屬於 Google 系統的部落格整合起來有點沒那麼順 (但我想這也是可以克服的)。 但無論如何，到目前為止對 Flickr 的種種功能只能說是非常滿意，在此也將 Flickr 帳號公布於下，有興趣先欣賞照片再等我寫遊記的朋友可以先睹為快囉！ 文字的遊記當然不會就此罷手，只是會比相簿的更新速度慢一些 . 最近天冷，一冷就想吃甜食。在網路上看到 這個. 用鬆餅粉簡單烤餅乾的食譜，就馬上動手試一試，沒想到成果還不錯，就這麼連續烤了幾回。 原來的材料是左邊的份量 ( 注解裡面是我的懶人不聽話版 ) -. 1 Pancake Mix 250g (我買的是一包 300g 的，為了不要留下 50g 不知怎麼處理，就全部倒出來用，不影響成果). 2 Butter 75g ( 吃太多油不好，我隨意減量大概只用了 65g 70g). 3 Sugar 75g (吃太多糖也不好，我也隨意亂減量大概只用了 60g). 4 Egg x 2. 5 Flex Seed 30g (我喜歡亞麻籽的香味，所以根本是亂倒一氣，應該有個50g以上). 這就是 Flex Seed ). 人人都說做西點一定要注意份量，不能隨意更改食譜。但是我真的沒那耐性一直秤來秤去，所以都是第一次製作時乖乖聽話，之後就開始動腦筋推理 "有哪幾個步驟可以簡化而不改風味" . 1 亞麻籽炒香盛起 (我當然沒有花時間去炒香 . 直接冰箱拿出來就倒進去拌了). 6 拌好的麵糰放入冷凍庫冰一小時以方便塑型 (簡化的重點來了，下面會介紹).

Saturday, September 15, 2012. This is kind of old news, but last Friday we hiked this beautiful hill in Prague called Petřín. It overlooks the entire city and is a lovely hike. There's a tram that goes up to the top but we're not wusses. Here is the photographic evidence:. This statue is at the base of the hill. It's called the "disappearing man" statue. The statue is meant to symbolize the fate of the people living in Czech Republic during communism. The view of Prague from about half way up the hill.
