http://westoversleftovers.blogspot.com/2012/10/the-lost-stones-by-paul-rimmasch.html
Friday, October 19, 2012. The Lost Stones by Paul Rimmasch. I haven't blogged for a while. Life's been busy. You know how it is. I read The Lost Stones back in August but haven't shared yet so here we go. The Lost Stones is an intriguing, LDS centered treasure hunt in the tradition of National Treasure and Indiana Jones. I always love a good treasure hunt, thus my upcoming December release, Gold Clash. Who doesn't enjoy a mystery wrapped in hidden clues of ancient artifacts? For Mormon's who believe in t...

Westover Writes...
http://westoversleftovers.blogspot.com/2012/06/today-is-officially-first-day-of-summer.html
Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Today is officially the first day of Summer! Depending upon your perspective, this is a great day or a sad day. Great because it means summer is really here or sad because this is the longest day of the year, which means it’s all downhill from here as we roll back towards winter. Hmmm. Are you an optimist, a pessimist or indifferent? Do you prefer summer or winter? What about the characters you write about? Do they have a fatal flaw? Are they optimistic or pessimistic? Welcome t...

Westover Writes...: January 2009
http://westoversleftovers.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 28, 2009. It has always been interesting to me how good, intelligent people can disagree about the most basic things I would consider to be fact. Do tax cuts stimulate the economy? My knowledge and experience tells me they do, while the knowledge and experience of others tell them that tax cuts are selfish and not helpful in stimulating the economy. Am I that much smarter than others? Are they bad people? Links to this post.

Westover Writes...: November 2008
http://westoversleftovers.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 20, 2008. Edward Sanford Martin has said “Thanksgiving Day comes by statute once a year. To the honest man it comes as frequently as the heart of gratitude will allow.”. Instead of sharing a history of the Pilgrims and the origins of Thanksgiving I think it is more important to discuss the value of giving thanks to the Lord, to our neighbors, and how we can show our gratitude. 12 And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers. Which stood afar off:.
