However, throughout the whole day, all I could think about was today’s workout. Day 3: High Intensity Jump Rope Training Circuit by Sara Solomon. A 12 min workout that is guaranteed to leave you sweating like you just came out of a sauna. It was intense! A jump rope, dumbbells, a chair, and good shoes! Link to the workout is as below:.
