Friday, September 13, 2013. Finally after years of hardwork - my HBA1C is at the lowest reading of all time - 5.2! Year 2004 - it was 13 and it took lots of efforts and determination. And for me, it was taking all prescribed medications at all times , jaga makan and of course keeping an active lifestyle.
