It means one ring to rule them all in Mordorian. What does this have to do with anything? Tentions are building I take it. They invented "Mithril.". What is Mithril you ask? Well from a LOTR perspective, Mithril is an indestructible metal that was found in Moria. It is light as a feather, and can withstand tremendous heat.

Let’s put ourselves in the shoes of lower America, the ones who have the worst of this crisis. I’ve just lost a large amount of money. The government is giving me money. Whatever will I do? Buy lots of stuff? Hell no. I’m going to save the money so that I have something to depend on when this happens again. How can this be fixed? Give them a tax break!
