Well, it did not matter that I won't be able to get any cash incentives if I passed at Safra. Frankly, all I wanted was to pass the #@*#*%. IPPT and avoid the dreaded RT! I'm going to start my new job this month and it's not gonna look good on me if I tell my boss I need to go off early cos of stupid RTs. Saturday, July 25, 2009. House Opening Ceremony - Part II. Today went to our new home again to inspect for defects. Got our shortlisted contractor, Michael, to come as well so that he can take on-site measurements and help to check for defects. Felt that the MBR is a bit small and had 2nd thoughts abt doing a mini WIW. Previously, we can only plan our design from the floor plan. But now with actual viewing of the place, guess we will need to adjust our expectations and design! View from our home.

Credit crisis, banks collapsing, recession, retrenchments, ordinary folks losing their hard-earned money overnight. the bad news just keep coming. It's hard not to sense the gloom and doom atmosphere around. I had neva expected things to turn out so badly until colleagues started talking abt an impending retrenchment exercise in my company.
