fm:Cache | Mediafactory Developer documentation
http://developer.mediafactory.fm/doc/applications/components/fm_cache
Developer Documentation v4.11.3.3. This component allows you to cache it's contents for a specific amount of time. This will decrease the amount of time needed to generate a page (or a section of a page) as the contents are only generated at the specified interval, instead of for every request. We can highly recommend using this to wrap around other components, includes, or wherever this seems feasable. Lots of complicated code goes here. - /fm:Cache. The number of seconds until this cache should expire.

fm:DateFormat | Mediafactory Developer documentation
http://developer.mediafactory.fm/doc/applications/components/fm_dateformat
Developer Documentation v4.11.3.3. When dealing with dates in your application, the default is usually too long, contains too much information, is ugly looking or just not what you want.
