Aries Puzzles: July 2014

Tuesday, July 29, 2014. RG2014.15 Hardest/Harder - Solution. RG2014.15 Easier/Easiest - Solution. B2 was the seed entry of this puzzle, if not for the entry itself but more so the clue that I came up with. I liked how the rest of it turned out, especially considering the constraints that B2 turned out to have. Both of the crossing White blooms in that entry were difficult to work with, but to have such entries as D2 come up later, the struggle was worth it. How'd you like this one? Tuesday, July 15, 2014.

Aries Puzzles: Puzzle #8 Solution

Thursday, April 23, 2015. RG2015.8 Hardest/Harder - Solution. RG2015.8 Easier/Easiest - Solution. Row A was the seed, though mostly because of a cluing angle that I happened upon when I was cluing a puzzle for AriesXword. I ended up not using the clue because the entry in question had to be excised from the grid because of minor grid surgery during the editing phase. I decided to salvage the gist of the clue here.
