The groups meet once a month to talk about things which are important to them. To join a speaking up group you must have a learning disability, be 18 years old or over and live in Devon. Devon Link-Up has been working with the support of Devon and Cornwall Police and SAFE the Fire Service charity to co-ordinate the Safe Place scheme in Devon.
