Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Kickin off baseball tournament season. So this season Miles is playing on a tournament team. That means that 2 or 3 weekends out of a month we are playing ball on Saturday and Sundays. We play within an hour away so rarely an overnite stay. Miles is loving it and we are having a lot of fun. He is learning so much and making great friends. He is getting so tall. He is the tallest on his team. He has grown an inch since Christmas. We won the tournament. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Look at his face. I'm so proud of him and so glad he was recognized for his greatness. I love my sweet spirited, smart Mason. Look at that BIG boy! He is getting so tall and so mature. I am amazed by his work ethic, determination and love to be successful. Even my big guy who never shows emotions publically is smiling so big. Celebrating the Quadities of Life. Monday, January 10, 2011. New year, new list of books! Last year I managed to read 24 books! Certainly better than the 19 I read the year before! Still nowhere close to Becky or Michelle, and I assume they both beat me at the Pulitzer race. Also, but that’s okay. The reading is fun no matter what! 1-3 I wish I could burn all copies of this book. 4-6 Had a few things going for it, but definitely not my favorite. 9-10 One of the best, highly recommended. We went to see her in Norris the day before. The kids had an egg hunt in her yard and had a great time. My oldest brother Ricky came in from S.C. Monday, February 8, 2010. My fish was THIS big. The boys took a LOT of time to throw snowballs! They had an absolute blast. The last time we were here, the ice had been covered in slushy water. I set things up so that the kids could hang out in my sled, and play, to stay out of the water. Timbo had a blast for his first trip! Last year Jeremy had an eye exam and it was determined he needed glasses. He took them to school and dutifully brought them home on the last day of school. He looks so cute in his glasses. I find it hard to believe he thinks he looks ugly. I remember crying when I was his age because I passed my vision exam and did not need glasses. Links to this post.
