9829; 200 gr de mantequilla sin sal vegana o aceite de oliva. 400 gr de harina de trigo. 120 gr de azúcar. 1 cucharada de vainilla. Mermelada de zarzamora y de naranja (puede ser cualquier sabor). Sobre la mesa, hacer una fuente con el royal, harina y azúcar. Al centro colocar los dos huevos, la mantequilla (o aceite) y la vainilla. Sopa de Vegetales con Coco. 1 cebolla grande cortada en pedazos pequeños. 4-6 granos de ajo machacados. 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva. 1 pedazo de jengibre como de 2×1 pulgadas aproximadamente. Sal y pimienta fresca molida a gusto. 1/2 cabeza de brocoli. 1/2 cabeza de coliflor. 2 papas medianas cortadas en pedazos pequeños. 4 tazas de caldo vegetal. 1 taza de crema de coco. Añada los demás ingredientes y deje que hiervan a fuego medio alto hasta que los vegetales se cocinen. Enviar por correo electrónico.

De la que se usa para hacer salsa boloñesa). 1 puñado de tomates deshidratados. 3 dientes de ajo. 2 cucharadas de pimiento deshidratado picado (opcional). 1 cucharada de orégano. Medio vaso de vino. 1 vaso de agua (mejor si usamos el propio agua de rehidratar los tomates). Unas gotas de esencia de humo (opcional). Una cucharada de pimentón dulce. 8 cucharadas de aceite.
