Classes at Dharma Yoga run 1 hour 15 minutes. Prenatal is 1 hour 30 minutes. Workshops vary. Students should wear comfortable clothes in which they can freely move. However, the clothing should not be too baggy so that the teacher may see if you are in correct alignment. You are welcome to bring your own mat to class.
