Plastic soft drink bottle Xmas tree, Rawene art gallery. On boxing day we went to Panguru, where one of dads friends, Steve, was buried. Then we went to a marae where dad met up with an old friend named Boxer and he invited us in where there was an unveiling of 2 of Boxers cousins, (in Maori culture an unveiling is a ceremony held quite a while after the funeral when they believe the spirit has left the body). So Oliver and I decided to finish The Mansion and Oliver had a great idea! He said lets call it The Fansion. So we made the second floor it has our bedroom and bathroom and Changing room. We had most difficulties with the changing room and you will hear why soon. Our room is quite big it has a big bed for Oliver and I it has stairs up to the changing room, An entrance to the Party floor (go to my other post for more info) and a net above the bed for decoration. Papamoa beach with Rush. For the last 2 and a half weeks my family and I had a house sit a Papamoa beach, we had to look after 2 dogs, Rush and Honey, and 2 cats, Fern the kitten and Paddy, we also had GREAT wifi so i could play minecraft with my best friend Oliver! Rush would do anything for the ball and he would beg for it even at night time witch got a bit annoying at times, and honey was a bird chaser 5000! Having Lunch at Boat Club. Big L&P Bottle in Paeroa. After that was when we saw the marlin.

This last week or so we haven’t done many exciting things so i decided to do an update on multiple things which are our new car, my new lego, yummy corn and the book I have been reading. We have decided to buy a car, it is a green station wagon its 4 wheel drive its automatic and its BIG and comfy. Adam acid and ultra agent. Get ready to eject. Lately sweet corn has come to season so it is very cheap($1.50 for 6 sweet corn! Me (scared of) cooking corn. Lady bug with a face? Side/ all gems of book.

We travelled by train down from frankfurt to zürich, the train was a ‘fast’ train – although not the sort of eyeball tearing fast that some european trains are, but in the finest german tradition it was very punctual! We arrived in selimiye late afternoon after a really wonderful days sailing and found anchorage in the bay, it was our last stop before returning the yacht to marti marina, so it was a little sad, but we were also happy to be back in selimiye. kai and i hooked the paddle board up to the tender and i dragged him round the harbour! The marina services were very good, they had amazing showers – we all had very long, hot showers! Anyway here is a last motley collection of images from the week on zambak!
